How to upload a photo to the forum

If you want to upload a picture to the forum the No1 thing to remember is that your image must be small enough. You MUST resize your image before you can upload it. Some cameras take HUGE picture. Although you can see the whole thing on your computer screen it does not mean that it is small enough to upload.
The Maximum file size is 200Kb
The image must be a .jpg image (don't worry most cameras take .jpg images.
There are various articles on this forum which shows you how to resize your images.
You can use any ONE of these methods to resize your pictures.
1. I wrote an article where you use an easy to use program which will resize all the pictures you select. You can resize them without opening them. This article is available at http://www.hilux4x4.co.za/image-resize/
2. Cassie got another program he uses which will automatically resize pictures when you move them to a certain folder. You will find that article at viewtopic.php?f=21&t=9103
If you are using a photo hosting site like PhotoBucket you can read at viewtopic.php?f=21&t=603 how to display your pictures in the forum using PhotoBucket.
If you have any questions please ask it at any of the above mentioned forums.
Remember: If you DO NOT RESIZE your photographs THEY WILL NOT UPLOAD.
