Camping chairs - Yours?

Post by OOOOMS »

There are a lot of various camping chairs around and the best I have found which take up the least space are these: http://www.outdoorwarehouse.co.za/gci-o ... chair.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

My favourite are these and also fold up neatly: http://www.outdoorwarehouse.co.za/foldi ... stool.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Comfort must also be a factor.

I like the campmaster R100 jobbies.

They are consumables though...

We have been through the mill with all kinds of chairs and have finally got these from outdoorwarehouse as shown on the first picture.Was a bit pricey in the beginning but after every use I am very satisfied with the space it takes up and strength of these chairs and also the comford factor.Soos die Boere se "goedkoop koop is duur koop"Thank goodness I am done with these R100 jobbies..

The second chair in Mark's post is also n good buy,taking space,strenth and comford in mind.

We bought ourselfs some Snooza chairs for Moz a few weeks ago,They do take up space,which is no problem when going for three weeks to one place.This is only to relax and snooooooze through the hot days in Moz

Mark that second chair you featured take up little space but are really uncomfortable to relax in....very seldom use ours... don't know the first one but think it will be more comfortable and has a lot of joints that can fold pretty flat I imagine...

I actually bought the x2 chairs for Mom and myself and the two bottom ones for the kids. However prefer the second one's by far, not that I sit much, I prefer just eating and exploring :thumbup:

I have 2 - depends on how much space is left after packing -lol
P.S my moon chair is a canvas green, and the Instinct is black with red linner.

Then this is the chair i got last week - due to no more space left.One thing I love about it. The carry bag zips in at the top and give added head support. Then the place you put your drink - is padded with the same stuff collers are made of. ie keep the drink coller for longer.

The moon chair, ideal to have a drink and drift off to dream land - happened more than once. - NOT A SPACE SAVER!
