Welcome to the Forum.

Take the 3L Injector pump & injectors and have it calibrated to 5L specs, it fits on the 5L motor, the 5L injectors should work.

The 5Le uses an integrated wiring harness that works with the transponder key, you'll have to get a whole system from one donor vehicle and a clued up autolec to make it work, the first option is the better one.

Hi hoppy thnks for the speedy reply ... and the welcome :)

I was told the pump and injectors would work... from the 3l... reason being why wanted to go the route with ecu would the added effort be worth the extra power and better fuel consumption id get with the having the set up runing via ecu? not sure how big power difference is..

Very small difference in power & consumption, don't think it's worth the effort.

If you have your pump & injectors serviced & calibrated & dyno tune it afterwards, you'll gain more.
