What is the best engine oil to use on a Hilux 3.0 d4d 2008 model? (108000kms on clock)

I only use Shell Rimula R4, 15W 40. Not always easy to come by, but the Rimula R3 is also good

Welcome nick! Ja, Rimula is what most of the guys will recommend.

Shell Rimula, or Engen Dieselube 700.
Use a 15W40 or a 20W50 with an API Spec of CH-4 or better.
Only go for 10W** when in low operating environment.
