3.0 D4D S/C questions

Post by pompy »

Guys,

My Dec 12th '08 Raidertjie has now covered 60 000kms - without as much as a hic-up, of course. In fact, at some speeds it genuinely pulls better than my 220kw/455nm 560 SEL Benz.

I live in a part of the country where long distance driving is the norm and, thankfully, our roads are straight and are A1 - which means that I travel the 500 - 800kms, on the days that I work, at genuine speeds of between 150 and 170 for hrs on end. I don't carry any loads. A 6th gear would be nice. So 99% of my driving is looong distance TAR - the other 1% is DIRT (for work), and it is this 1% that keeps bashing my nudge bar beyond repair.

So, hier is my eerste vraag: Hoe lig ek die voor-ent met @ 4 -5 cms?

Dankie,

Cheers

You can install spacers 10mm which will give you approx.35 - 40mm lift, above the front coil.

You may however need to raise the back slightly to get it level.

You must learn to drive slower, you are gonna end up in the paper or infront of a nasty cop!

Most fitment centre's. Need to have a machine to compress the coil. I had mine installed here in Srydompark. But Toyota will also fit em.
