4Y Rocker shaft assembly....wanted

Hi everyone, looking for a new shaft for my rocker shaft assembly on my 4Y...can get the rockers for 30 R each, but struggling to get the shaft, if I move the rockers now up and down the shaft they are tight with little or no play where the springs normally sit, but move them back to where they do there work and they have plenty of play....had to remove the head as new Chevy lifters made the engine sound even worse than the old ones I took out, there was a piece of aluminium broke off where one of the bolts sits and oil ports, so instead of the oil being forced up into the shaft it was just being pushed out back into the head etc, so have had thet re-welded, also put a new oil pump in....am going to put all back together to see if any better...
