Help identifying Nikki carb parts and source

Can anyone help me identify these Nikki carb parts? I need to replace them.
Also, I need a good online source for these parts.

The mechanic said the diaphragm inline after the carb (upper pic) was bad. So he blocked it off at the carb behind that adapter (name?) that threads directly into the side of the carb (lower pic).

The diaphragm was letting gas fumes out and the engine was stuttering badly. His fix seemed to have worked but I thought I should replace the bad parts.

What is the name of the diaphragm and the adapter parts in the pics and what are they for? Note the hose routes to the front of the vehicle and appears to be an air source.
