I really need some help.
I have a 1990 4y that I drive every day, and am having some problems with the ignition system.
The coil, condenser and points fail after about every 1000km.
I have replaced all the sparkplugs with higher voltage ones, replaced all the plug cables, replaced the coil cable
and replaced the distributor cap.
Still the problem persists.
The new coils I have been buying have come with a ballast resistor, but there was never one on before.
Could it be that I need to install it, and if so, I cant seem to find any directions on how to do this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Willie , doen jouself n groot guns en vervang daardie dizzie van jou met n elektroniese een. Jy sal nooit weer teug kyk nie. Koop net die egte Toyota een en die Chinese gemors nie.
