Post by marlin control »

My 2006 hilux 4x4 d4d3l, steering rack is leaking out both ends.
Do I try and use an aftermarket rack, from master parts, very affordable. Toyota want round 15k, for a new one...or do I recondition the one that's in the bakkie,....help!....who can do the job, in cape town, at a reasonable price..

Leon, when I rebuilt my Constantia I was referred to Robs Steering in Goodwood to rebuild the Constantia's steering box. They did a good job and they know their story.
I am sure they will do steering racks as well.
