missing 5th gear

I have a 92 hilux d/c 2.2 pertol.
My 5th gear has dissappeared!!! I was driving, no problems, and as I tried to put it into 5th, it is like going into neutral.

Please help.

no 5th gear

Possibily you have a problem with one of the selector combination selector rod/forks, maybe the grub screw/ roll pin has broken and thus the rod does not select the fork that then slides the syncro hub across so that the gears select into 5th gear.
