great! thanks for sharing - there's newer batteries that are considered far superior to deep cycle even - called lead crystal. They have an 18-20 year shelf life and ~ 3000 cycles and can stand for 2 years with no charge, no problem.
about a grand more than the corresponding deep cycle.. I'm sure it's been talked about elsewhere in the forum
