Need help with Rugged Ridge 8,5 Winch

Was stuck nose first with water flowing winch was below water ,but control box was still above.While trying to winch out winch just stopped ,and made click noise at the control box where the solenoid is.Now not able to winch in or out ,just the click noise at the solenoid.
1.what could the problem be ?
2.Attached images of the same solenoid ,if the problem is with the solenoid where could i find similar solenoid or different one that will work there.
3.the click click noise is only intermittently otherwise no noise when pressing remote
4.when trying to to check for power ,the pos from battery and negative shows power on a tester.but when testing pos and neg going out to winch shows no power.
Anybody in westrand that can help?
