Looks great so far! :thumbup: Hope you're going to fit a gas shock that prevents it from opening too fast and also serves as a stay so that the door can be used as a table / shelf. ;-)

Thanks ,The plan is to let it open all the way to mount the stove on hinges so when that folds down it is low enough to work , with the suspension and 33" its way to high :think:

Thanks ,The plan is to let it open all the way to mount the stove on hinges so when that folds down it is low enough to work , with the suspension and 33" its way to high :think:
Good plan, the door then also acts as a backing / splash-plate. :thumbup:

What type of sealing material are you planning on using to keep out the elements?
1981 Toyota Trekker. Full internal Roll Cage, Dual Transfer Cases (2.28x4.7) 5.29 gears = 220:1

I used a rubber seal similar to Hilux door seals .

Ok and here is the end result .
The plan was to built something that I can remove easily .
The packing system (kitchenette) bolt together with 2 x M8 bolts and about 14 screws .
The load bin drawer bolt to the bin with 6x M8 bolts.
A few months ago I test the system in Nam and Botswana and it work great. So I decided to paint it with stone chip.
NOW I need to test it again just to make sure lol.....Leaving for Nam on Monday.
