stainless bolts

Hi almal dis darem vrydag neh

ek wil biekie hoor wie het al stainless bolts op hulle voorste manual locking hubs gebruik om die cap en die hub aanmekaar te sit aangesien dit beter lyk en of dit ge-heat seize het ?

Eks nie seker of dit 'n spesial thread is nie? Maar indien so vat dit na Bolt & Nut oorkant WestRand Pack, hy sal dit he in SS

Skroef dit in met Nickel slip (nie copper slip nie) dan sal jy nou probleme kry nie.

Ek sit altyd bietjie copperslip grease op.

Dis 'n gewone M6 boutjie, as ek reg onthou was die wat ek gebruik het 16mm lank gewees.
As jy net vra vir 'n M6x16 Stainless bout gaan hulle vir jou regte een gee.

I've used S/S cap screws and chamfered the head.
Will take a photo and post.

ek het die stainless boudjies gekry maar wil maar eers hoor want stainless heat seize met sommige goed as jy nie copper slip opsit nie dan moet jy weer die ding boor en tap en ons wil dit eerder voorkom

hoekom ek vra is , dat die gedeelte van die hub waarin hy draai ook lyk soos stainless en stainless op stainless dis waar die probleem le :frustrated:

eks besig om my trok oor te doen van die chassis af tot die rocker cover so sal maar sien hoe dit uitdraai :shock2:
