DIY tail-gate
Has anyone built their own tail-gate, im struggling to find a good condition second hand one (for the import spec) and was thinking of building my own. Any ideas or pics???

I made one for an old cortina bakkie I had years ago (was better than the original 'cause I used 2.5mm plate), not difficult, but had to make use of someone else's bending break. The Cortina had more folds than the Toy has (but that also gave it strength) .... should be a snap, but I think you would have to make it double panel.
