Ouens maak net seker julle maak dit vas met 8.8 of beter boute. Met die laaste Off road rescue, het n man n gebreekte been gehad, want die recovery point ( staal hak) se boute het gebreek, en die hak het die man 35M verder in die been geskiet en altwee die bene gebreek

Ja Deon ek het ook gelees daarvan. Ek het ook al gesien hoe 'n hele bullbar voor van 'n voertuig afgeruk word tydens 'n recovery omdat die recovery points aan die bullbar vasgebout was. Die kragte wat uitge-oefen word op herwinningspunte tydens 'n recovery is ongelooflik, en dis beter om oorversigtig te wees as om afskeep werk te doen. :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

voorste recovery punte het ek die standaard punte wat vas is aan die onderstel.
agter gaan ek nou 1 laat aansit, en hy kom ook direk aan die onderstel. Baie belangrik dat dit gedoen word met minimum 8.8 boude. Ook net belangrik, moet nie te hard gaan nie, want dan word die metaal weereens bros.

Ek het gate in my towbar gemaak soos Pieter gedoen het en het 2 van die oe" voor wat ek dink standaard is.
Ek gebruik ook 'n "tree trunk protector" sodat die lading versprei word oor altwee punte.
Maar ek probeer nog steeds om nie te veel spanning op dit te sit nie.Ek probeer om nie te snatch nie en sal liewers maar grawe ens om dan net 'n ligte plukkie te gee.

Ek het opgelet dat 99% van alle bakkies het nie recovery punte agter op die chassis nie, as standaard issue...... :wth:

Ek is besig om 'n spesiale bracket te maak wat sterk genoeg sal wees om die tubular towbar teen vas te kan bout, maar ook dan 2x baie spesifieke recovery punte te he, asook die ball & Pin wat op die towbar is.

Die Werk sal eers oor so maand begin en seker so week vat om klaar te maak. Ek wil die towbar so sterk he as 'n crossmember van die chassis, sodat ek kan trek en lig met volvragte sonder dat iets kan loskom, skuif, buig of losbreek.

Meeste recovery insidente is gewoonlik die towbar of die bracket op die towbar wat breek en ek wil dit nie he op my SFA nie.

Dag mense,

Ek het 'n 2009 standaard Hilux 3 D -4D en wil herwinnings punte op die chassis vasmaak. Ek het gekyk waar ek dit kan doen maar kom toe agter dat die voor en agter buffer te laag is. Die toue sal die buffers skuur, breek of kraak of the toue sal beskadig word. Ek is nie van plan om gou 'n "aftermarket" buffer op te sit nie tensy ek nou in iets vas ry. Voor is ook 10 of 12mm hakke vas gesweis wat seker daar is om 'n tou aan vas te maak indien die voertuig gesleep moet word. Ek dink nie dit is herwinnings ankers nie.

Wat het julle gedoen om herwinnings punte op die nuwe Hilux te sit sonder om die buffers te verwyder??

Ek wag op julle raad en advies.

Goeie dag mense,

Is daar niemand wat herwinnings punte aan hul standaar Hilux gesit het nie!!!!!!! Moet nou nie vir my sê 'n Lux sit nie vas nie, dis 'n ou vrou storie daardie. 'n Lux sit vas of jy dit wil weet of nie, glo dit dit is so :evil: Waarom het julle dan aftermarket bumpers opgesit :tease: die goed het herwinnings punte in :yahoo:

Kom nou laat my weet wat ek moet doen sonder aftermarket bumpers.
