ANybody tried to make their own?

Apparently, you just have to fit a bitter jet in you carb to allow more of the fuel thru.
Maybe with the hydrogen booster, you don't have to enlarge your jet?

just saw another oke on nissan forum running a 2.4 nissan on only ethanol.
It can be done. Just need to start making my own though.
Problem is making 200proof ethanol. best home made can get is apparently 195proof, with 5% water, which is a prob if you mix it with petrol

another issue with ethanol is it uses about 40% more fuel than petrol, but if you make it yourself, well then who cares.
Issue that has me worried is the enlargement of the jet.

Now I have import engine, which according to FD uses more fuel, which means the jet should be larger already. But if not, I really do not want to enlarge the jet incase I have to run on petrol again. Could the extra inlet into the carb venturi, the one that scares me, not come into play when using ethanol? I hope I has all the terms right

Should not be a prob, as I could get something like 800km with ethanol and LPG, but what if I want to go to Namibia. Lcukily there is LPG filling stations in Windhoek. Guess I will have to travel with a spare carb then
