Class A Modified vehicles with lockers
Class B Modofied vehicles without lockers

Safe camping facilities will be available from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th August, at the Bathurst Agricultural Museum at a fee of R40 p/p per night for the 1st two people and then R20 p/p thereafter with a max of 6 people per site. Please phone or fax for camping reservations.



There will be music in the Lapa at the Museum on Friday evening with braai packs for sale @ R40-00each. On Saturday night, there will be a spitbraai/barn dance with tickets available @ R60-00 per person. Saturday will be the BIG challenge day with food and refreshments on sale. Breakfast will be available Saturday morning at the Museum Lapa. Mobile bar facilities will also be available on Saturday.



Entry fees of R120-00 for pre-entries received before 12th August or entry fees of R150-00 after Wednesday 12th up to 8:30am on morning of 15th August 2009.

No entries will be accepted after 9:00am on the Saturday 15th August.

Scrutineering will take place on Friday evening between 18:00 and 19:00 at the showground’s, as well as Saturday morning between 8:15 and 8:30am at the quarry.

Vehicles will leave in convoy from the showground’s at 8:00am sharp Saturday morning.



Entry form is attached.



It promises to be a fun filled weekend for all, and we hope to see you all there.

What about day vistors / spectators? I might come down for the day.
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Just an update will be leaving on Thursday Night and returning on Saterday. Sorry will not be at Dirt and Dust challenge Bartho i see you at the venue

Thanks Barto, I assume 'kick-off' will be at 8.30 Sat morning? Also, not liking to be caught unawares, I'd like to know if there is an entry fee (how much per vehicle / per person) for spectators.
