Berakah 1 Dec 2007 weekend

My first real outing was a ball.

I just want to show a few photo's of the weekend.
My friend has most of the photo's on his camera, so I'll post more later.

Bennie, if you have photo's, please add them. I don't have much, most of Wade and myself.

One of the highlights was Wade that went up Rhino 3 quarters of the way.
Had he taken more time he would've made it all the way.

Seems the general consensus is that Rhino is really only for vehicles with front and rear lockers and very good ground clearance.

Wade (iHilux) did it with his standard rear locker 2.5 D4D double cab, with 30" Coopers.

BTW, Wade consumed more beer than his Hilux consumed diesel on his trip from Bloem to Berakah

Berakah is certainly a lot greener now than in Winter when I was there. Everything was a dirty, dusty brown. You guys had fun, but remind never to ride with Wade...

A fantastic weekend, we all had great fun, and it was lekka meeting all the new guys...... Riaan, glad you guys could make it, and hope you had heaps of fun.......

We can't wait for the next trip, early in the new year I hope.

I will also try and organise some thing down this way.......

I need to get some pics off the video, so may take a day or two before that happens........ hang in there.

Jy moet nie so voel nie, jy het mos n lux. Ek sien Wade het al begin oefen metr die wiele in die lug storie :D Ek het die naweek vir Cobus ontmoet (die bakkie wat spring se eienaar) en hy wou dit nie weer herhaal nie, pitty :roll:

As ek en Wade weer op dieselfde plek is dan doen ons dit vir jou, want ons kan want ons ry Hilux'e

Baaaahhhh, Riaan, it looks like we're going to have to do better than that.

We need a nice "action" shot........ the wife and I may just go out this weekend to look of it.

O.k. Well that makes sense. Seems the general consensus seem to be just that :evil:
We'll have to change that perception very fast :!:
