Helderberg Two Oceans 27/04/2011

We are going to try the Helderberg 2 Oceans tomorrow. 27 April 2011.
I know it's short notice, but if you are keen, please come join us.
Some "local" guys missed the Atlantis outing on Monday, maybe you'd like to join us tomorrow...

The cost, as I recall is R150 per vehicle.

Which takes all the fun out! :wth:

Has anyone does the route after it's rained like we have now?
How bad is the route in the wet?
I've only done it when it was very hot and dry, and I'd rather not have any vehicle damage.

2oceans is more of a scenic drive in dry conditions... not really too challenging, but in wet conditions it changes drastically!

The view from the top is worst the drive though!

Yes, definitely worth the drive up for the view.

Although I gather the scenery on the way up isn't so nice now - all burnt.

I decided not to go, and spent the day in bed with the "dog" flu :evil: , so I still can't comment about the conditions.
