ATLANTIS SAT 20 JUNE???

Since Brutus' demise Dwergie & I have been shopping around for something to replace him with - and something that would last us for many years to come ... and we found one, in Cape Town, no less.
So it came that Kobus Pienaar [aka Herrie op Safari] wangled, wheeled & dealed for an opportunity to fetch O'sKar .... Thus it turned out that we are going down to CT by TRAIN and we arrive CT Saturday noon.

Unfortunately Andre is tied-up on Saturday 20 June - SO Kobus and dearly want to experience Atlantis Dunes on Saturday [with O'sKar ] as we have to return on Sunday 21st because Kobus has to be at work on Monday ....

Nou wil 'ie oompie graag verneem - is daar IEMAND wat 'n permit vir Saterdag namiddag kan reel en ook bikki saam met ons kom speel by Atlantis ???

Kaspaas neem ongelukkig nie op die oomblik aan enige strenuous excersises deel tot na Julie-maand nie. Die volgende 4 naweke is ook vol geboek met voorbereidings vir ons vakansie wat op 10 Julie afskop. Verder ek wil nie graag by wees as daai os-kar moet gerecover word nie, want hy gaan BAIE vassit.

Miskien kan Bretton en die Dune-Warriors iets reel... Dan sal daar ten minste een ou Toyotatjie wees vir jou om uit te sleep oom Mac...

You'll 100% fine... as long as you don't drive sideways along the face of a dune... only straight up and straight down!

Always check that there is no one at the top of a dune before racing up!

Forest Gump said something like " it happens" ... or some such. This past month or so was my turn, ALL out.
Pranged Brutus and he was written off. Had to abandon the outreach team 1/2 way through Botswana, Son Charles smashed his bike [and himself .. a bit]
I was supposed to get the Patrol last week Saturday ... ended up getting it Thursday late afternoon ..... sooooooooo, the Atlantis dunes never happened. At least I had a week of 'doing nothing' just staring at the Cape weather [and it was cold there for a spell . Nogal]
