Been reading quite a few posts about torches on the forum, so I thought id share mine with you...
It was a Christams present to myself, but I didn't get a real chance to try it out till last weekend.
We went to Pillanesburg for the weekend and on Saterday night we went for a night game drive. So I packed the torch just in case.....after it got dark I asked the game ranger if I could sweep the other side of the vehicle. And he said i could.  WOW!!
The torch made his hand held spot look weak!
I can highly recommend it!
It's got a 30W LED and puts out 2200 Lumens!! Its an Olight SR90 intimidator! It's a beast! I'd highly recommend it!

I keep one of those 5W LED torches that we were selling in each vehicle's cubby hole, one next to each of two different computer locations for those gaga nights should the lights trip (which always happens here during an electrical storm) and one next to my bed (same reason). Then I have the Fenix TK-40 (this one throws a *very* mean beam! You could use them for vehicle headlights) and a Fenix HP10 Head lamp. Also have one of those large multi-cell Maglamps somewhere but hardly ever use that now.

I dunno how many torches I have....at least a dozen handhelds and half a dozen headlamps!
I just can't resist the temptation of more lumens...
Can you ever have too much light??
