Looks awsum......
Why do you need to cut the body to line up the monster fenders.....
Shouldn't they fit without any cutting or trimming of bodywork..... :?: :?:

I agree they should and when we make them localy they will make sure they fit without any cutting and modifications. This is the first shipment for the SFA we got and although assured by the manufacturer that it will fit the rear fenders need modification to fit properly and get the lines straight. This is also why I did the post so that any body interesred in the fenders can be clear on the issues. Currently I not planning to import more for the SFA. The fit and price with the Rand/Dollar rate make it not worth while as a new shipment will work out to about R6500-R7000 a set.

At the moment I am concentrating on the local production of the Vigo fenders. We should be able to sell this at a bit of a lower price ( R5000-R5500 ) and quality will be better than the imported ones. With time we will also do a local fender for the SFA but it will still be a while.

You still have a set for the SFA?
I have a friend that might be able to make a mold off that set and then we can make them here for half the price if not more.
We will just have to modify the mold to fit the SFA without any mods to the body....
Pm me if you interested and lest see what we can come up with....

They do make but with the R/$ rate the moment the price landed here are a bit steep. My feeling is to now rather to start with local production. We are busy with the Vigo's fenders and hopefully have the first sets available the first or second week in September. Playing around with thickness and so on at the moment.
