Air Filter pipe HELP!

I noticed this weekend this pipe is cracked.

Toyota Midrand does have stock but the PRICE!!!!

R570.00

Does anyone know of an alternitive?

Dit was die oorsproklikke pyp tussen die airfilter en carb op die 4y..... As jy hom wil he kan jy hom kom haal die naweek.

By enige spair shop hou hulle daai konsertina pyp aan, wat in n meter kom. Kompak hom net en sny hom op groote af.Ek het dit met my Hilux se air filter gedoen.

Ek het Toyota to gegaan en hul het my die part gegee vir R417.00

Ek voel jou PYN Wayne, moes dieselfde gedoen het, want jy kry nie heeltemal die regte dikte nie, toe haal ek maar ook die geld uit en vervang hom maar, small price to pay as om eerder stof in die engine te kry. Toy het my ook so R170 discount gekry

Jip, been there, done that...TWICE!!!

Die inlet en outlet kant van daai pyp verskil en hy hy so klein off-set.

Ek hett ook lank aan 'n beter plan probeer dink...

Better to get the proper thing ..... critical that it both seals and absorbs the vibration / movement of the motor without straining any intake components.

Agree. I'm also not one for a quick fix cause you always end up having to get the right thing at the end sometimes at a greater cost.
"boer maak 'n plan" doesn't work for me.
I just thought the part might be interchangeable.it looks almost the same.

Blykbaar moet ons die pyp losmaak en afhaal om die airfilter uit te haal en nie die ding net so optel nie...
