Hi All,
My wife and I will be traveling to Namibia with some friends in May.
As we will be in our respective cars, we will be communicating mostly by VHS radio.
What I want to know is there much of a chance of us getting into trouble by using them there,
I know one is supposed to get a licence for Namibia, but if I choose to be naughty what are my chances of getting caught.
