Break, loss pressure or just felt light?

Post by jphilix »

Hi
I am a new hilux owner or a pickup owner and mostly driven cars. Just want to know if is normal
I was gonna park on a parking area and the entrance to the parking area is inclined around 30-45 angle
so I was fully turning the steering toward right and pressing the break (not sure if the left front wheel got elevated or the rear wheel slip since its a bit slippery but i felt a break pressure loss for a brief moment but pressure came back once it advanced a bit. so basically my other question is does having elevated wheel make break feel light?

thanks in advance

It should not but did the ABS not perhaps kick in? The ABS would kick in if one of the wheels are not making contact with the ground and you brake. Did you feel a pulsing/vibrating sensation on the pedal when it happened?
