Hilux D/Cab 4x4 KZTE year 2003

I am thinking of upgrading my old very high mileage KZTE for a younger model.
The vehicle I looked at is a 2003 model with 314000 on the clock. Overall condition is fair, inside is well kept except for tear on squab of drivers seat. It has a canopy which will be the first thing that comes off.
It has a pretty full service history with agents. The injectors have been recently done and the cam belt as well.
Aircon is not really working well, and tyres are half life. Vehicle drives fine and gearbox smooth and quiet.
This is from a private seller who is the 3rd owner and selling due to health reasons.
The 2 rubbers that run over the roof need replacing.
What would be a fair price for this unit?
