Hi Bennie

Weet jy miskien of die 4Y engines verskillende intake manifolds ophet?

Jong ek weet nie of daar veskillende sizes is nie. So daar was nie 'n adapter plate nie, net so 'n klein spacer ek dink seker as heat shield sodat die carb nie sal heat soak van die manifold af nie.

Dankie
I bought the carb from Carburator City. It has to be the original, as per Lyndsey's advice. It was R1050.
My truck has a Brospeed manifold, so I'm not sure the adapter plate could be standardised.
I had a 38 weber on. It was TERRIBLE!!!!

I have the Brospeed manifold as well and it fits perfectly inot the base of the standard nikki carb.
So unless the standard manifold takes an adapter........

No adapter :!: No adapter :!: No adapter :!:

Im confused picture shows weber carb .pictures from page two ?
lindsay wrote:Andries

Hi guys

what fuel consumption was you getting on the 1800 carb? if its good I might get mine done :)
A qualified mech will do it for R1500 Apparently he did it to couple peoples SFA and even got the adapter plates made and etc. R1500 for everything. he tunes the carb, fit the carb and supplies everything. not bad!!!
