It's not just the length but also the offset that are critical - both will have an effect on the geometrical correctness of your steering arc. Just a single millimetre out and you'll have scuffing tyres when you turn, this is not something one can make DIY. ;-)
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

andy,

the brackets i allready got from trailgear - but my diff is out and i want to finish the rods and all the mods on the housing before putting back.
thats why i am looking for the lenghts of the centre draglink and also the rod from s/box to l/front.

i have no clue if the centre rod will be the same lenght as oem?

Tie-rod should be same length as OEM - you should be able to use your old one if you weld a lug onto it for the x-over draglink. The length of the draglink is not critical, you can make up your own, but the longer it is the less bumpsteer there will be - that's part of the reason for fitting x-over in the first place. If you're fitting lo-steer the length of the draglink becomes a bit more of an issue so that it doesn't foul against the leaf-spring pack.

Well then you're almost 'home and dry'. Position the wheels facing dead ahead, get the pitman arm to be exactly centre and then measure from the pitman to the extra hole on the steering arm to get the ideal length of the draglink. Let an engineering works make up the draglink for you and you're set. ;-)
