I made this one for my previous SFA. Had it in for a few weeks then they stole the car so I can't say I had a long time with it but it was nice so far. viewtopic.php?f=41&t=28931" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Only thing I'd change is to make it longer (go past the gear levers) right to the front and make the box higher, it was too low for a proper armrest
Happy trails

No, it's a stock item .... was in the vehicle when I bought it. Not sure if it's standard OE for the SFA LTD but seem to think not - probably came from an IFS. :think: Either way it fits snugly .... only draw-back is that it does not have cup holders, just a small compartmentalised tray and a bin under the arm-rest lid. There's also a small tray at the rear for the back-seat passenger, but it's only about 140 x 60 mm and about 35mm deep. The two smaller compartments in the front could be used as cup holders but not ideal.

Never got a chance to put a floor in, they stole it before I got a chance. The next one will have a floor.

Basically cost me the price of the vinyl (about R40), the plywood I had lying around (an offcut from Timber City would be around R100). About 4-5 hours total. The longest/trickiest part was covering it, I don't have a staple gun which made it harder work. Definitely buying one for my next attempt.
Happy trails
Nic
