Polo seats in Hilux

Post by Oppies3800 »

I can get a set of Polo classic seats at a good price. Will they fit my Hilux?

If they don't bolt straight into the existing seat holes you will prob have to make new ones in the floor or fashion a bracket to bolt the seats to, that will bolt to the existing holes in the floor. You will have to make sure that the bracket is not too tall though, otherwise you might be sitting too high.
With each replacement of parts, a car slowly becomes Chinese.

You have to cut the polo brackets off as the other half of the rail is mounted into the body of the polo. I used Audi A1 seats with my old brackets and some flat bar. They are definitely higher that the old seats. I don't kneed my sun visor any more, but again I'm 184cm tall.
