Rear disk brake conversion

Good day
Did anyone done a rear brake conversion from drums to disks?
What disks do i need and what is involve for the conversion?
I would like to do this on my 2.7 hilux 2000 modle.

I think many of us would like to do this, the big question is which calipers are suitable not which discs. As far as I know the guys use the same disc as your current front disc, the calipers are the tricky part.

No, they do not have place for a handbrake.

I know Allan (Hoppy) does these conversions and he uses Cressida rear callipers that can handle the hand-brake. He usually takes the front disks off the bakkie, stick them on the rear and then put Cruiser disks and calipers on the front...

kannie daai v8 in tyd stop nie...al wat verander as ek briek trap.....is die uitdrukking op my gesig !

Ek gaan gou die naweek kyk na n conversion wat op n jeep gedoen is en dan sal ek foto's post. So daar is wat werk en kan gedoen word.
