Long range feul tanks.

Post by WayneSchalk »

I need some help. December I'm doin a trip up to Nata lodge Botswana from there to Chobe game reserve in Zim, then up to Milibizi on Lake Kariba, then to Vic Falls, back to Botswana up to Namibia in the Caprivi Island View lodge.

It will be Angela and myself in my bakkie and my dad and his wife in his bakkie.

I was looking at carrying some extra diesel and came across some long range tanks at makro that goes on the back of the bakkie,

My question is how do you set it up? Do you actually couple it up to the main tank or do you syphen diesel from it when you need it?
