A-Pilar Grab handles for 2.7 and KZTE Hilux

Not sure how many of you know that there are threaded holes in the A-pilar of the 1999-2005 Hilux for grab handles.
Even the plastic covers has marks to show where one have to cut it should you install grab handles.
I could not get the correct grab handles, thus I took some from a 1999 Prado 90 for my Hilux.
They are shorter than the ones that should go into the Hilux.
The holes in the A-pilar is 200mm apart, maybe somebody know which other Toyota's grab handles will fit.

These are the Grab handle Holes
I first fitted it on the top hole, but then I could not drill a proper bottom hole for the Rivnut.
So I had to fasten it using the bottom hole in the pilar and mark the hole to be drilled at the top hole of the handle.
I used a 6mm Rivnut for the top bolt.
And this is the final result. Fitted on both sides.
