I would think it will make a slight difference at low rpm, but not a 20WKW difference as claimed!

re-dyno WITH forced airflow .... off course it will help.
Will this help "at speed" ? ? ?
pito tube to measure the airflow over the intercooler is the only way to CONFIRM what happens "at speed" ...
