Check all the shock bushes. Have a look at the engine and gearbox mounts too.

If a nudgebar is fitted check the clearance between front cab bush and nudgebar bracket should be more than 10mm. Also check top brackets are not against the radiator bottom cradle

Also check the door hinges. I had a similar knock knock and the driver door hinge was slightly loose. Other than that, check cab mountings, shock mountings, and the other stuff already mentioned...

Had a similar experience with my wait for it mazda tree to tree hatch back. And it started after I hit a pot hole. the top nut on one of my shocks had some how become loose, tightened it up problem solved.

Let us know what it was :?

Also had a similar problem, turns out to be the rockslider mounts hitting the cab at the passengers side.

If it's not your mother in-law, check your gearbox and fuel tank mounts

Replacement bumper was too close to the body and loose.

Hi all

Cheers

I had the same problem with mine this past weekend and after a thorough inspection, I saw that the Diesel filter hang loose and knocked on the Inner Wheel arch when I either turned fast or went over a bump. I used cable ties to strap it down because the one side of the filter actually broke out... Check it out, it might be something small that will save you money and hours of frustration...
