Tyre advice please...

Post by AllTerrain »

I'm looking at a reasonable strength AT tyre.

Should be capable in the sand, but strong sidewalls for Van Zyls Pass.

On my short list I have Goodyear Wrangler AT/SA, Goodyear Duratrac (not so sure about the availability). Can anybody please comment on these?
Also, what about Pro-Comp?

Had seen enough BFG ATs getting chipped on rocky terrain, so I don't want to go that route again.

Thanks

Do yourself a favour and look at the Westlake offer currently on the forum. Excellent prices and excellent feedback on durability on the worst terrains.

Hi Cassie,

Watse bande het jy toe opgesit...

My 2C. Ek het so bietjie meer as n maand gelede n stel ProComp XTreme AT op my bakkie gesit.

Hoop jy kom reg

Bennie
