RAV4 project

Hi all, it's been long overdue to give the Rav some attention, she is an 1996 model and being used daily. It has needed a re-spray and thought "lets have some fun" while doing it.
After doing some research, I found the perfect product for the job, thanks to Martin from Bundutec.
We then prepared the bonnet for the test run:

Now the work starts, strip the rest of the vehicle and prep for paint.

Next test was to do plastic trim with the same product:
The trim on the right is the original color.
Happy with the result:

With the color choice, I do not have to re-register the vehicle.

Spent some time working on the RAV this past few weeks, while sanding down, we found a few problem areas which we will fix up before spraying.
I'm surprised how little rust we have found on the vehicle for it's age.
