Good afternoon gents and ladies.

I recently baught a 97 hilux dc sfa.

I baught it with a 7mge motor with gotech management and a w58 gearbox.

My problem is that the guy I baught it from just loaded a base map, and thus the bakkie is very heavy on fuel and struggles with cold starting in the morning. I have got a serial cable and went onto the ecu, thus don't know how to configure the ecu.

Is there anybody that uses the same setup that can assist me with a copy of their gotech ecu map or a guide or assistance on how it must be set up.

The best thing to do is send it for a dyno tune not all the setups are the same

I agree.not one motor is the same.dyno will be the best and make sure they do the cold start map aswell
