Ek het n effense steeringwheel play op my sfa.Waar kan ek orals kyk vir fout? Ek is ook op soek na n plek in die oosrand (Kempton Park Boksburg) wat uitstekend is met die sfa se wielsporing.

hi Lollie
you can take up the play on your steering box to start. a but with a slot screw located on top.
Then the arm, not sure what it's called from the steering box arm to your right wheel. it has an adjusting screw on either end held in place with a split pin. best to take it apart and clean and then re-assemble with new greese.
That will help reduce the play once you tighten these two up

Hate to be a drag... but it's called a draglink! Check as well that the rubber joints on the steering column are still intact... it's worth removing the draglink totally and checking the the J-arm and pitman arm joint balls are still round and that the draglink cups are still ok, on my old SFA the J-arm ball all oval and pitted... had an engineering firm replace it...

Daai play is nie so erg. Om die uit te haal kry net 'n draglink kit. Daarna is die play weg.
