Our department here at work is busy designing new bumpers to fit these loaders so that even less damage will occur
They will be curved with springs (like a clutch diaphragm fingers), that when contact occurs the springs cushion the blow and the curvature moves the bakkie to the side.
In tests they take all sorts of site bakkies that may only need a new prop or new gearbox etc and ride over them ..............very sad
