Hi chaps, I have a 4.0 v6 double cab. If I fit a 4x4 bumper ARB/TJM etc and a aftermarket suspension like ome. Will this all affect my fuel economy?? Good or bad

Bad! .... you're going to take it out more often and you'll find yourself chasing down taxis ... off-road will see a lot more of you and that always means less K's per litre as you crawl about in the lower gears!
Nah, shouldn't affect it too much .... the little extra weight is negligible, but the added height will affect the drag co-efficient just a little.

When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Could I replace the bumper and put front spacers to level the vehicle out. I assume a better suspension would be better?? All about budget I guess.

Re: Suspension
You can put spacers in to lift you nose of the vehicle. Toy standard suspension ain't that bad, done it on my wife's Tuna (Onca bumper and 8500 winch) with 16mm lift got 40mm lift!waynza wrote:Could I replace the bumper and put front spacers to level the vehicle out. Contact me if you need spacers, I have 10mm / 20mm kits available

I assume the spacers will be cheaper than replacing a suspension.
Where can I get them fitted?
