During the past year I made and fitted a snorkel and I fitted 16" tyres and rims that I was given as a present. Also fitted the running boards that I got given( very lucky). The rims come from a Mitsubishi Triton, I made up 6mm spacers for the front to clear the tie rod ends. The snorkel I made up from 63 mm plastic irrigation pipe and fiberglassed the whole pipe over the joints. I bought the hood from Donaldson filters. Sorry I do not have pictures of the making of the snorkel, only the end product. I am busy making vents for the bonnet which I will fit in the new year. At the moment I have to fit a new timing chain before I go on leave in December. There is some rust that needs to be taken out and a respray is also on the cards for next year ( dont know where all the time is comming from......) Will post again some time.
