Sjoe! What a day! :crazy:

Hot and humid ..... 32° in the shade .... pool water 31° (low down, not even at the surface). Hung washing out at about 10 am ...... it was almost dry an hour later but never got any drier, took it off the line at about 4.30 with it still feeling damp, humidity obviously very high (hygrometer had actually passed the 100% mark but dunno how accurate that is).

Still very clammy, even now. Eish! :eh:

Those readings I took was mid to late afternoon, so it may well have been warmer than 32° at peak. Just been for a dip in the pool ..... water still at a smidgen under 30° ......... felt like a lukewarm bath. :roll:

Pool water here at 27°C at 4pm. I am not supposed to swim for two weeks still but I just keep my head out of the water, which takes some of the fun out of swimming but at least it does help cool me down. I'm kind of surprised that EL is apparently warmer than we are up here, but who's complaining! ;)

Dit was gister so warm in die kaap;
As jy n CityGolf in die son parkeer kom sy Fan aan.
Ek moes my braaivleis vuur na die koelte skuif want die son brand hom dood.

Dit was erg, hoop dit koel af vandag...
