Hi from Austria

Post by Needles »

So.. i recently became a proud '85 Hilux Diesel owner. Had to import from Netherlands since it's impossible to find one where I live.
The plan is to get it to some kind of semi-original / street legal state...no full resto.

The vehicle looks like it could be built in South Africa, at least your rims were made in the RSA and so does the front bull bar.

You bought a fine specimen, keep it standard!

Hi from Austria

Post by bugonga »

Had some fun the other day, in Inhambane, Mozambique. But hey, Hilux is Hilux, right? Blew out water from the cylinders and she hums sweetly
again. Mine is 2004, 3l diesel, drove it down to Moz from Uganda when I live more permanently (if such a condition exists:-))
