Hello from Iceland!

Post by step »

Hi,

registered a while ago but finally getting around to say hello!

I live on a farm in Iceland (yep, it's kinda cold here sometimes :D: ) and the Hilux is our daily workhorse. We have a 2005 / 6th gen double cab (4x4, 2.5 D-4D). Many farmers here have pretty extensive modifications (rebuilt suspension, unimog or other truck axles, 35" and bigger wheels) but ours is relatively stock. For now anyway :-)

Also wanted to say thank you to everybody who contributed to the collection of workshop manuals etc., they have already been extremely helpful

Welcome to the forum, sounds like tough conditions for the Hilux to work in, with that said, I guess it feels at home.
Some pics will be great.
Enjoy
