Starting to look like that! Having some issues here in Aus with the new engine, something to do with fueling or lack of due to the dpf. I know of one guy over here waiting for a new enging! This is exactly why I never run out and buy a new brand new model of anything. There are always going to be a few teething problems so I like to leave it a couple of years to get them sorted. Been in the motorcycle industry for a long time now and it's no different. I take my hat off to the guys who just have to have the latest and greatest version of something because without them the problems would never surface!
