Is it possible to fit a 1kd ftv 2014 engine onto a Hilux KUN26 2007 since both have 1kdftv engines?
If not, what would need to be adjusted to fit it?

Welcome Ron!
They probably have different gear boxes, but the bell faces should be the same, so I don't see why it couldn't be a straight swop. Only other thing is that they might use different ECU mapping, so I would check that out as well.

Also maybe the connection hoses like water inlet and outlet and exhaust manifold etc may be different due to different routing but if you have one in the Hilux all the pipes, fittings and engine mounts will be a straight bolt on.
The sump may also have a different shape.

No . You cant even do a straight swop between a 2009 and 2010 1kd Hiluxes as the injector drivers were changed. If you can get all the ECU yes or you have to use the original injectors
