Landy in need
Friday night on the way home from work I noticed a landy stuck on a gravel heep were they are busy working on the roads. About 500m from my house so I stoped to have a look and it was a 110 v8. So I went home to fetch the Hilux. When i got back there was another chap there with a old F250 who was trying to pull him off however all he was doing was digging himself in to the gravel so he moved of and a had a go after clearing some gravel behind the wheels with the spade as the owner of the landy had been stuck for about a hour and had dug himself in really well. I managed to pull him off after the second atempt. Anyway the landy owner was fairly sheepish and thanked us and it was all over.

Re: Landy in need
Well done, Justin!
My nephew has just left here headed for JHB, wish I'd seen your post earlier, could have shown him
He has a 2.5 diesel Defender, the only L/R competing, which actually performed very well yesterday at Doornrivier. This was Toyota Country however, more Toyotas and Toyota-powered vehicles than anything else there!
