This is correct, not exactly sure which Cruiser, will try find out though. Apparently the box is the same, just the shaft differs.

AFAIK the 4.2, but thinks the transfer selector differs.
If I carry on at the rate I'm searching and researching gearboxes, soon I might be able to tell you which gearbox in whatever configuration Noah has used on his ark!

R151F - seems like this oneI heard yesterday from a guy in the Kalahari that since 2003 the 4.2 diesel Cruiser has a smaller gearbox than before and this gearbox is giving a lot more trouble than before. It is appartly the same gearbox that is in the Hilux 3.0 D4-D
